Orders must be placed as a frame and lens package, where the frame and lens are both supplied.
Any Frame to Come or lenses only orders will not be accepted.
It is important to note, Midland Optical will not be processing these jobs in house, and your order
will be shipped directly from the Exclusive Ray-Ban Meta laboratory.

- Enter patient RX
- Select Midland Optical as your Ray-Ban authorized lab and your account number
- Select "FRAME PACKAGES" from "JOB TYPE"
STEP TWO:
- Select the "RAY-BAN META SMART GLASSES" from "PACKAGE"
STEP THREE:
- Select the lens and desired Ray-Ban Meta frame
EYEMED ORDERS
STEP ONE:
- Once you are in the member record, select Midland Optical as your Ray-Ban authorized lab
- Select frame and lens
STEP TWO:
- After you have entered the lens RX, make sure to select the desired Ray-Ban Meta frame
