Owner and President of Midland Optical since 1989, Matt Iovaldi has been highly involved in the optical industry, serving on the OLA board of directors in 2001-2005, and awarded the 2004 Friend of Optometry Award by the St. Louis Optometric Association.
MARCOS MARTIN

Marcos holds a degree in industrial engineering and started with Essilor in 2007 in lab operations in Brazil. After working his way up to a Production Supervisor, he was promoted to General Manager at a couple labs in the EssilorLuxottica network. Marcos is dedicated to lab excellence, and we are excited about the experience and leadership he brings to Midland.

Melissa has been with Midland Optical since 1993, and is well versed in what is required to ensure the day-to-day operation of a lab runs smoothly.

Neil has been the General Manager with Midland Optical since August 2013, starting at our Chicago location for the first 2 years and then transitioning to St. Louis. Neil brings a business and legal background to the team that contributes to the day-to-day operations.
